Datum Jelatek Shopping Centre Champions Mental Health Awareness Through a Creative, Community-Driven Campaign
Kuala Lumpur, 23rd October 2025 — This October, Datum Jelatek Shopping Centre proudly presents its three-week mental health awareness campaign, No Filter, No Stress – Just Self-Care, happening from 20 October to 9 November 2025 at the Concourse Area.
Organised with the support of the Ministry of Health (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia), the campaign aims to raise awareness, promote self-care practices, and encourage open conversations about mental well-being in a safe and inclusive environment.
A Creative Approach to Wellness
The campaign directly addresses the rising need for accessible mental wellness resources by providing expert-led educational content and immediate, free screening services to thousands of community members.
What We Bring:
- Creative Wellness Concepts – Interactive installations such as a Mood Maze, Affirmation Wall, and Mindfulness Zones to inspire reflection and positivity.
- Community Engagement – Fun yet impactful activities that encourage participation, sharing, and social connection.
Highlights of the Campaign
The campaign features a series of wellness and educational activities for visitors of all ages, including:
- Mind-body connection and energy release to reduce stress and anxiety.
- Zumba Session – 25 October 2025 (11am)
- Yoga Session – 9 November 2025 (11am)
- Promoting inner calm and mindfulness.
- Ease within – A Sound Bath Experience by Wilson – 8 November 2025 (11am)
- Inside Flow Yoga Session – 1 November 2025 (11am)
- Expert-led sessions focusing on emotional resilience and awareness.
